These are the most important things to do to keep your mind in its best working condition and to decrease the chance of dementia:
- Exercise. Even just moderate daily exercise of 30 minutes can make a huge difference.
- Eat Omega-3 fats. This is brain food, found in nuts, avocados and fish. The latest research suggests that taking Omega-3 supplements may not be particularly effective. As a rule of thumb, try to get nutrients from real whole food.
- Reduce stress. Stress is very harmful to your brain. We will provide stress reduction in future releases
- Socialize. This is very good for stimulating the brain. Isolation puts your brain at risk. Spend timely daily socializing with friends an family.
